Q + A

When, Where and What Time is the Wedding?

Nicole and BreAna will be getting married on Friday July 11, 2025 in Puerto Rico. The ceremony and reception will be at Palm Del Mar Villa which is about 40 minutes from San Juan. You should start arriving at the Villa at 4pm and be seated by 5:15pm. The address for the Villa is PR-965 #34 KM0.9, Las Carreras, Loíza 00772, Puerto Rico. Please note: Parking is LIMITED. Please plan to uber to the villa if you are not staying at the resort next to the villa (Aquatika)

What should I wear to the Wedding??

Given the tropical climate and beach ceremony we recommend a balance of elegance and comfort. Consider fabrics that are lightweight and breathable. We ask that all guests be in a shade of green. For added style consider a nice hat, sunglasses or a shawl.

What should I know about traveling to Puerto Rico?

The main airport in Puerto Rico is Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) in San Juan. It is well connected with major U.S. cities. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so U.S. citizens do not need a passport to travel there. You should check with your airline and local travel advisories for the most current travel information.

Where should I stay in Puerto Rico?

This will depend on when you are coming and how long you are staying. The wedding is about 40 minutes from San Juan so if you are just coming in for the wedding, you may want to stay close to the Villa. However, if you are planning to make a vacation out of the trip you may want to stay closer to San Juan. You can find more information on the "Lodging Recommendations" of this website.

What is your policy for children (under 16) at the wedding?

Children are absolutely welcome at the wedding ceremony! We kindly ask that you consider your little ones' temperaments so we can ensure the ceremony stays a meaningful and distraction-free moment for everyone. If needed, we will have a separate area available for parents and children to step away briefly.

Children are also welcome at the wedding reception until 10:30 PM. After that, we want to help you continue enjoying the evening worry-free! We’re working on arranging a licensed bilingual babysitter in Puerto Rico to provide childcare at the villa. If you’d like to take advantage of this service, please let Nicole or BreAna know by June 1.

Will there be an open bar?

Of course! We’re excited to treat all guests over 21 to an open bar throughout the celebration. While the drinks are on us, we kindly ask that you show some love to our amazing bartenders with a tip as they whip up signature cocktails and keep the good vibes flowing. Cheers to a great night ahead!
